Like so many churches we struggle to make ends meet and to fulfil our mission. We are constantly looking at ways of reducing costs, but with the increased financial support required of parishes for clergy stipends and pensions
we are grateful to everyone for their help.
If you are a visitor to our two churches we would be very appreciative if you, as a taxpayer, could give your collection at the services through the Gift Aid scheme. Envelopes
for Gift Aid contributions are available in the church.
Regular attenders at our services are encouraged to make regular giving either through the envelope scheme or by using a standing order through their bank. This helps the
church council to budget effectively and make sure we use God’s money wisely. Making your gift through the Gift Aid scheme allows every pound you give to be worth £1.28 to the Church. Please contact the Gift Aid Secretary, Jeana Poundall on 01243 670949 to
arrange for your regular giving.
If you wish to discuss any aspect of the finances of the church please feel free to email details to the Treasurer,
Michael Pettman or call him on 01243 672696.
